Anyone have CEU courses that truly sharpen HIIT-to-endurance programming? I’m revamping a 12-week spin block anchored by 4x4 VO2 intervals and 2x20 tempo, need credits before June 30, and want NASM/ACE picks with research I can cue at 6 a.m. — beat-by-beat, breath-by-breath, no fluff.
Grab NASM’s cardiorespiratory programming CEU: Metadata | NASM — fits 4x4/2x20; cue RPE, not just HR.
And i’d go with ACE’s Cardio Conditioning Specialist — strong on VT1/VT2 and the talk test so you can cue “breath-by-breath” and set 4x4s just above VT2, then recover to full sentences; Continuing Education for Health and Fitness Professionals | ACE. If you need NASM credits instead, PES covers energy systems well but it’s a heavier lift. Do your bikes show watts so you can pair power targets with those breath cues?
