I’m prioritizing courses that help me tailor loads, tempos, and progressions client by client — specifically VBT and force–velocity profiling. If you’ve taken a CEU that truly changed your testing and weekly progression (say, programming 0.45–0.65 m/s strength zones with a GymAware or Vitruve), which one delivered and why? I want Monday-morning tools that build stronger lifters without guesswork.
GymAware Academy’s VBT lessons delivered; run a 2-point profile and cap sets at “15% VL.” https://gymaware.com/academy Using caps yet?
Strength Coach Network’s Mladen Jovanovic module on load–velocity profiling was the most plug-and-play for me: build a quick 2–3 point profile in your main lifts, then run sets in the 0.45–0.65 m/s zone with 10–15% VL caps and nudge load weekly to stay in-zone. Caveat: calibrate the unit and grab lift-specific MVTs first or your targets drift like a sticky speedometer. @jturner51 have you paired that with Dan Baker’s lower VL for strength blocks? https://strengthcoachnetwork.com.
