HRV + bar speed to steer sessions

On client days I check WHOOP HRV at 6 a.m. and set intensity gates with a PUSH Band: if HRV is -1.5 z or worse and the first warm-up squat drops under 0.45 m/s, we flip to volume and aerobic work. Anyone else steering sessions this way — what HRV deltas or velocity cutoffs are working for you?
